STAND TALL FOR PTS AWARENESS KNOWLEDGE ACTION
Tony Dell is founder of Stand Tall for PTS, a not-for-profit organisation that helps those serving military, Veterans of other
conflicts and our First Responders, deal with PTS. Tony, who is well known for his cricketing career, representing Australia against England and New Zealand, suffered with PTS for 40 years
following his experiences while serving in the Vietnam War.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Research
Grace Forsyth is undertaking a research project “Oral Ketamine Trial on Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder”. The primary aim of this
project is to examine the effectiveness of novel pharmacological intervention in reducing the severity of PTSD symptomology.
Interestingly, this project is co-funded by Rotary Club of Noosa Daybreak and Australian Rotary Health.
